Returns and Exchanges

As all of our products are custom-made for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a fault or damage to the item.

Defective or damaged items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Please send an email to [contactlavittoria@gmail.com] with:
• Your order number
• Pictures of the item and the damaged or incorrect part
• A brief description of the problem

We will then assess the case and offer either a replacement item or a refund if the fault is ours or our supplier's fault.

Order Cancellation

As we begin production shortly after the order is placed, we cannot cancel orders.

Returning goods without defects

As our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns if you have ordered the wrong size, color or simply regretted your purchase. We recommend that you check our size guides carefully before ordering.
